Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. Many reviewers highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with several guests mentioning dirty carpets and bathrooms. Room size was generally considered adequate for short stays, though some found the rooms small. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and service, but could improve on cleanliness.

Wonderful
Bronchelle, Sept 2017
Pros (+) I stayed here during the weekend of the annual Museumsuferfest. The hotel is literally a 3min walk from the Main and maybe an 8min walk from the Hbf. The room was very clean, staff was friendly, and the continental breakfast spread was delicious. I plan to book with the ambassador next year when I attend the festival again.
