I did not like it
The staff, the treatment . I paid for room with AC and the AC was not working. I've requested the reception to fix the AC Iwhen I eft in the morning, unfortunately I came at 19:00 and they haven't fix the AC, then after several tries with the hotel staff they send a technician to fix it, yet the AC it's not cooling and then I went by myself to the reception and asked them either to fix it or change the room with a good AC. Believe it or not he told me I can't do any thing for u and he was so careless, I started loss my temper and after a lot of discussions and shouting he said I don't have room similar to your room and I'll give u a smaller room (down grade) without any apology or compliments mean while they did not pay back to me the difference I.e. they are not honest . I don't recommend any one go to this hotel and you can contact me at any time if any one need further clarification .... Thanks
