Great hotel for the price. Fabulous staff especially Mateo whose English was superb! Free bike use which was really useful to go along the prom. We had a massive veranda but there is a lovely fragrant garden with lemon trees too. They do a decent breakfast and evening meal but we wanted to go out so Mateo recommended some super places accessible by bike. He also organised the taxi for us to get back to the local station to get to Pisa ( half an hour) then the Pismover train ( 5 mins) to get to the airport. Very clean room, decent shower and comfortable bed, even a fridge and safe box. Wonderful value!
If I have to think of something.... they don’t serve tonic! But then it’s Italy ...!!

Reception staff were very helpful. They referred us most appropriately to places to eat and shop etc. Rooms were spacious, attractive and comfortable. Breakfasts were consistently good.
