Worst hotel experience ever
This was the only time I have ever had concerns for my family's safety, and by far, was our worst hotel experience ever. There were large groups of people who stayed in the room above us who were very loud, stomped up and down the stairs, yelling profanity loudly outside our room, and were otherwise very disruptive at all hours of the morning. Around midnight, after their carrying on had been going on for three hours, I called the front desk. The person on duty asked them to leave, which caused a loud and contentious confrontation. They continued to be loud, and the employee came back at 2 am, at which time I believe the police were called. The police came between 2-3 am, and there was continued yelling and confrontation. Between 3-4am, another person showed up, looking for the groups who had been escorted out earlier. Had I not had two sleeping children, we would've packed up and left. The next morning, as I was loading the car to leave, there was a small baggie of what appeared to be drugs on the ground in the parking lot. I am now attempting to get answers for how this is allowed to happen. Do not stay at this hotel, and do not book hotels through any other process than the hotel itself. No one seems willing to assume responsibility for this mess. The hotel contends that this is an issue with the third party search engine and booking service. The search engine claims no responsibility since they are not directly involved with the maintainence of the facilities. This quickly becomes a difficult deniability scheme, resulting in time-consuming back and forth to resolve the issue.
Best beds around
Room not exactly as I wanted
The office employees were always welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was very well stocked and the food was good. My room was clean and everything I needed except dish soap was in the kitchen area. I especially appreciated having the automatic ice maker in the refrigerator so I didn't have to trek to an ice machine.
It was a great well cleaned and nice facility
Good location for Vera Bradley Outlet Sale. Spacious room.
Free Dinner and Free breakfast, Very clean spacious rooms, Not your regular hotel feel. Very nice stay
Plenty of space in the room, very good parking with wide slots so side doors could be opened without squeezing out, good facilities for working evenings, or just sitting on the couch to read. Good location convenient to restaurants, Interstate and shopping for incidentals.
Daily room makeup was erratic but they got the essentials (towels, etc.) right. Lavatory sink stopped didn't open fully so the basin filled up while washing and shaving.
