Cons:I stayed for 2 nights without problem .Rate it 8/10 for it's niche. I frequently use Comfort Inns all over country. I renewed in person at desk for one more night's stay and even attempted to join Choice club. When I arrived that evening they had no record of my reservation and no room for me. Staff remembered me from that morning but no attempt to make it up to me, ie. free room or points, etc. I requested but never received call from manager despite my attempt to contact her again the next day. Simply put; they lost my in person made reservation with an it's too bad attitude and no attempt to soothe or make up for their mistake. I did find a room 15" away with another chain.
Pros:The room was clean.
Cons:The fan in the room was very noisie. The coffee served with breakfast was very poor. The breakfast was also very poor quality. The hot food was not hot and the cold was not cold.
