Pros: This hotel is clean & affordable, in a great location. I absolutely love Gary. He made the check in smooth. Work ran late but the room was ready & waiting. I really like how the room has enough towels and ice ready.

Pros: The staff is warm and sweet. The bathroom, linen, and floors were sparkling. It is right next to Coral Ridge Mall, like a mile from the beach, and walking distance from Bayview Pizza that is open until 4 a.m.

Pros: Stayed here for a night before our cruise! Comfortable bed (the sheets were soft and fresh with a hint of that good clean bleach & detergent smell) thicker towels, easy check in and out, nice pool, seemed like a safe neighborhood, quiet, AC & lights turned on for us to come in. Nice to have 15% off at the nearby diner. WiFi worked well. It was clean!!!! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: The Queen Suite unit was fresh and clean, and had everything we needed. The living room area was comfortable for evening relaxing, the kitchen had every tool we might have needed, the bathroom was sparkling fresh with luxurious towels and french-milled soap.
The bedroom was cozy with fresh crisp linens and plenty of pillows.
There is plenty of free parking.
If we'd had more time for social relaxing, there is a lovely pool and patio.
Check-in after hours was easy and we'll be back when we have to work in Fort Lauderdale again!

Pros: Nice and quiet neighborhood. Loved the surrounding garden even if we didn't spend much time there. The heated pool was also very nice.
Cons: Air condition units were, unfortunately, very noisy. Cooking possibilities were a bit limited due to bad ventilation in the kitchen. Food could not be fried in a frying pan because the smoke triggered the fire alarm.

Cons: It was not the hotels fault a water mane broke in ft Lauderdale. I was not Comfortable showering with that water however they provided us with lots of bottled water for drinking cooking or brushing teeth and washing hands and face. The hotel did fine.

Cons: There was a party in the evening that went until 12:30am. Music was SO loud that the beds vibrated. Completely not impressed that we were not informed of the party or moved to a floor farther away. Manager was rude when I spoke to him about it.

Cons: Some of the furniture was worn and needed to be replaced but it was mostly cosmetic. (Peeling chairs in the lobby and in our hotel suite).
