Pros: Very clean. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Ana was very nice in assisting us with anything.

Pros: Excelled location with easy walk to the beach, local restaurants and stores. Very clean apartments and environment with all guest amenities provided by owners. Management staff provided excellent service. Would highly recommend for all your travel needs to LBTS... Will return in January for an extended stay.

Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent!

Pros: Everything was sparkly clean, specially the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need for few a days. And Ana was very nice and available for anything that we need.

Cons: The bed mattress was kind uncomfortable, new ones will be great.

Pros: Ana went out of her way and met us at 1 am to get us the keys after our late flight. Also accommodated a late check out since we got there so late. 3 minute walk to the beach.

Cons: $100 cleaning charge for one night.

Pros: It had everything you could possibly need and good location. Host was a very pleasant lady that responded to any question you might have.

Cons: Bugs even though they just sprayed. Blinds broken -no way to open wands removed or broken. Locked door of laundry while things were drying. Only nice to certain residents

Pros: Great place to relax nice and quiet. We were able to walk to beach with many choices to eat. Perfect place to bring your dog, Great place to walk your dog right across the street.

Cons: I liked everything, I think it would be amazing if there were a couple bikes you could ride to beach or Publix.

Pros: The staff here was very accommodating, if there was an issue they were quick to fix it. The mattress was extremely comfortable, felt like a cloud. The room we stayed in was super spacious.

Cons: Overall, I think the property could have been kept up with better. The pool was often dirty in comparison to the pools at their other properties. The location is not bad for the price, but it is a bit further from the beach and restaurants than most hotels in the area.

Pros: I liked the location to the beach, it's really a 4 block walk from the hotel because the office is on a block up from the actual hotel, but it was super nice being so close. The hotel looks super sketchy from the outside because it has so many plants and looks kind of old from the outside. When we would open the door to get inside the hotel you have to pull on it pretty hard because it gets stuck. However, the rooms were nice and clean. Bobby, the front desk person, was super nice and understanding and he was willing to answer any questions we had about things going on in the city during our stay. I don't recall his name, but the cleaning guy (seemed to have like a jamaican accent) was super nice, talkative, and respectful that we didn't want anyone in our room without us there. I would definitely stay here again, even after dealing with the issues we had on the first night. We have even started planning a time to come back.

Cons: When we got to the hotel, we had an issue with the cable in the room, we went to the front desk and there is no 24 hour attendant, you have to contact a number that goes to an answering service if you need assistance, they then tell you that someone will be there soon and they send a maintenance person within 30 minutes. We then discovered that our room had a leaking air conditioning unit. We called the number again to let them know because we knew it would be a puddle of water because we stayed a week; we didn't mind staying in the room because everything was great with the room, we were just gonna put a towel down so it didn't puddle and cause damage to the floor. They decided to move us rooms, they moved us to a room that the air conditioning didn't work at all. We called the number again and they sent a lady who told us that we had to stay in that room until the next morning. The next morning, we went to the front desk and they moved us rooms. In the end, they fixed the issue, but we should not have been told we had to stay in a room that had absolutely no air conditioning when it was so hot outside. I also didn't like the showers, you had to get in the shower to turn the water on and there is a section that is open so water gets on the floor a little.

Pros: It was very private and quiet.

Cons: There was no hot tub we had to walk down the street at another location to use the hot tub.

Pros: Lovely small hotel about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nice grounds, rather European looking, spacious rooms, some with a 4 poster bed, sitting area and mini kitchen. No breakfast was provided, but it was easy to make your own. You could use the pools and other facilities in sister hotels. Ample free parking on the streets around the hotel. The receptionist Miguel, who checked us in, was most helpful and friendly (you need to go to the hotel next door to check in). Nice stay, totally recommend it.

Cons: Mosquitos! Lots of them in the pool area, so we couldn’t really use it, as was almost eaten alive. The bathroom and some furniture might need an update.
