We’re allowed to check in until 5 PM. The offer of no compensation upgrade or anything in return. Bathroom drain was clogged. Reception desk staff was mostly inattentive and slow and understaffed. Food is mediocre. Jim and pool area is small and mediocre. Entrance hall was used as a playground for children.

Great location, close to the Water taxi stop cruise port and airport with many restaurant options nearby. Staff was very friendly and efficient (kudos to Joseph at the front desk, and the 4th floor room attendants). I was able to check in early at 12 noon at no cost.
