Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff, highlighting positive experiences with service and proximity to attractions. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple complaints about dirty rooms, old pillows, unpleasant odors, and maintenance problems. Bed comfort also received negative feedback, with several guests mentioning uncomfortable or old mattresses and pillows. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and room comfort.
