Cons (-) The air conditioner didn’t cool the rooms on any of their rooms or in the office. The tv was tiny and too low to see. The toilet was right up against the wall so your arm was hitting toilet paper dispenser

Pros (+) When you won't give me a refund for a room I didn't want, at least do me the favor of canceling these stupid marketing surveys. Thanks for adding insult to injury.
Cons (-) I'm never using Kayak again.
