Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Florence's main attractions on foot. The service, especially from hosts like Andreia and Georgia, was frequently described as exceptional, welcoming, and attentive, with many guests appreciating thoughtful touches such as welcome drinks and personalized recommendations. Cleanliness was also noted positively in several reviews. However, some guests mentioned that the rooms were quite small and a few felt the value for price could be improved, particularly given the room size or certain amenities. Overall, the positive experiences with location and service stood out most.
