The location is excellent. You can see Ponte Vecchio from the top yard and have quick access by walking to restaurants, shops, and museums.

There is no refrigerator in the room. So, do not bring perishable meal or fruits to the room. Bath box and bathroom sink with lots of disgusting black fungi. Clear sign of poor cleaning. When reporting the fungi issue to the front desk and staff, they said they could do nothing because there was a silicon protection and removing it would be worse. I told then about the anti-fungi solution available in any supermarket but nothing improved during the following 5 nights spent there. Toilet with dark brown stains inside it. Another sign of poor cleaning. Bath box is too small. I could barely move or squat inside it. You will not fit in it in case you are higher than 6 feet or have an IMC higher than 30. Also, the drain in the bath box was always clogged and our feet faced the bad swimming pool experience in every bath. Bed linen was changed after 3 nights. In other hotels it is changed every other day. Our bedroom was on the 4th floor and we could hear a lot of noise coming fron the upper floor at night. So, bring your hearing protection to ensure a silent sleeping experience.
