Great Location. Nice staff, helpful. Room overlooked piazza. Decent continental breakfast.
A number of things were broken, hand mirror and hairdryer, and the heater (needed a firm tap to get a connection for light to show it was on). No replenishment of toiletries, Inc paper, or tea. Coffee, milk without having to go to reception to ask for it. This should have been done automatically.

Location and upgradedroom size was fine
Location was very nice near to train station, I found the room very small having no windows, hence they offer me another room with additional charge of €20 per night. It's an old house renting rooms at ground floor.

The hotel is very well located. 5-10 minutes walking from the main points of interest like Piazza del Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and Ponte Vecchio. Right next to a train station, in case you want to visit another city, like Pisa for example. I ordered a bottle of Prosecco before my trip and the hotel was able to satisfy my request for a good price.
The breakfast does not seem like a 4 star breakfast. It is a little bit limited, but it has cheese, salami, eggs, grains and some other food items. Although short in variety.

I only stayed for one night in a single room. Although it was nice and clean the room is definitely too small. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful and the hotel is a few minutes walk from the SMN train station if needed.
I stayed in a few hotels throughout Italy and while most are small this one was by far the smallest room I stayed in. There was no room for me to open my small luggage and be able to walk. I usually live out of luggage so its not convenient, but if you take stuff out and use the rack they provide it would be ok.
