The beds were just terrible. We got a boxspring bed, with just a topping. Just terrible. Glad that we stayed there for just one night.
good breakfast but dont expect a full English. a good variety of food. our room wasn't ready when we arrived so after I complained they gave us a suite. this was on the 5th floor just below the sky bar so we had to suffer loud music, one night was until 6.30 in the morning. so, for what I paid it was good value. nice gardens which links the old hotel to the new sister one. nice pizzeria there & I recommend the hamman.
as soon as we got the door a man called Abdul was on us like a rash to sell us the medina trip for 40.00 euros each. dont bother. get a petit taxi to the blue gate for 2 euros ( 200 dirams ) & just stick to the main street of the medina. half hour walk from the blue gate to the bus terminal the other end. only deal direct with the petite taxi driver, beware of touts. drinks are way too expensive at the hotel. there are other hotels where you can drink cheaper. & the carrefour supermarket is close by where you can buy beer & wine at reasonable prices.
Good hotel with good location, just 15 minutes walking to the Medina. You have everything what you need in the hotel, also swimming pool with sunbathing outside. Staff is very nice, breakfast with local and European kitchen. Rooms were clean with all small items in the bathroom.
It was very good location.the staff was friendly and very clean
The breakfast was very very poor, they serve no water hot or cold in the morning. We get a glass of tap water or small bottle for 15 MAD if we ask for!.( Boiled eggs + rice + boiled tomatoes+ red beens ) for the warm breakfast every morning.there is a toster on the side never connected never used..one piece of cleaning tissue only on the table .
All was good.
There wasn't any problem.
