I would have like the car charging ports to work and cigarette outlet to work so I wouldn't get lost and no way to charge phone. Ac stocked in first car but I brought it to a budget car rental place and they got me into a new vehicle right away very good customer service

Quickest pick up I’ve ever had for a car rental.

Cons:

The exterior of the vehicle was dirty, but perhaps there was a rain storm the night before? I don’t know. Just surprised overall by the extents appearance. Internally the car looked great!

I got off my flight and the counter was closed. A super nice agent with another company tried to find my keys and contract which were no where to be found. I am still working on a refund.

Cons:

You could have been open or at least had my stuff ready so someone else could have helped me.

Check-in and check-out was very fast and efficient. We were upgraded to an SUV for free, which was a nice surprise. Overall, very pain-free experience.

Cons:

It was the Ford Edge. Hard to lock up. Alarm went off! Alarm would not set up - spent 30 minutes trying to figure this one out. Finally after closing the rear opening on the SUV for the third time, the alarm was able to be set. So, it wasn’t Hertz, it was Ford who had a problem. I would NEVER buy a Ford Edge.

Saint John the desk attendant, when I picked up The car. He went above and beyond for me! He even brought the vehicle curb side for me! I’ve never experienced wonderful service like I did on Wednesday March 25 @ 5:00PM in Fargo, ND with Herttz Rental! Thank you s million times

The first car they gave me look like it had been in an accident, with a huge gash in the front bumper. And, they gave me a car with no license plates. The dealer sticker on the rear window was several months old. Was worried the whole time that I might get pulled over. The per day rate was extremely expensive. Most I’ve ever paid rent a compact.
