Cons:
Picked up the car and quickly realized that the tires were worn out beyond safety levels. I returned to the Budget Fargo airport location and got another car Headlights on car #2 were not properly aligned, which became a safety issue in poor visibility conditions.7.2 Good

Pros:
I was put in a Payless Car - an affiliate of Budget and it was barely better than a lawn mower. It wa considered a mid-size, but wa about the size of a Cooper Mini. It made all sorts of noise and worried about its upkeep as we traveled thru a National Park. There was nothing good to say.Cons:

Pros:
Renting a vehicle with Alamo was very simple and straightforward. I rented through the website and was able to easily compare rates. The Alamo agents were knowledgeable and so friendly! When I called to modify my reservation the day I was supposed to return the vehicle, the agent was helpful and quickly confirmed my changes. Alamo had a number of vehicles for me to choose from. The one I chose was clean and in great condition. I will never rent from anyone else! Thanks guysCons:

Cons:
It was the Ford Edge. Hard to lock up. Alarm went off! Alarm would not set up - spent 30 minutes trying to figure this one out. Finally after closing the rear opening on the SUV for the third time, the alarm was able to be set. So, it wasn’t Hertz, it was Ford who had a problem. I would NEVER buy a Ford Edge.10.0 Wonderful

Saint John the desk attendant, when I picked up The car. He went above and beyond for me! He even brought the vehicle curb side for me! I’ve never experienced wonderful service like I did on Wednesday March 25 @ 5:00PM in Fargo, ND with Herttz Rental! Thank you s million times10.0 Wonderful

Pros:
The fellow at the airport offered to get the car for me, although that simply meant starting it as the lot is really close to the door.Cons:
There were two problems. One was simply uncomfortable, once accelerating up to 60 mph, the vehicle shook continuously (for 300 miles). Obviously it needed an alignment. There was also a lot of ice stuck behind the tires and elsewhere on the vehicle and it kept coming off in big chunks. This did not make for happy fellow motorists; one actually gave me the finger. The other problem was simply dangerous and foreseeable. The weather was a balmy -10 degrees which means someone cleaning the vehicle should pay attention to what they are doing. There was frost covering all the windows completely and it was impossible to get off because it was heavy and ON THE INSIDE. If you have ever tried to scrap the inside of the car window, you would understand. I have lived in the north country for 50 years, driving for 35, and Never have I had frost build up on the inside of a window. I couldn't see much at all on the drive home and spend 1/2 an hour the next morning trying to get enough visibility to drive in the daylight. I had to have the windows down until it got warm enough to start melting the frost and then there was water dripping down and it froze in big drops all over the windows. Finally, there was either no windshield wipe fluid or both nozzles were frozen and nobody bothered to check them and alleviate this problem. I am shocked at the situation all-around.4.0 Mediocre
