Very noisy, could hear people in the hallways, in the room next door, and outside on the street. I woke up in the middle of the night to crude noises next door. Did not sleep well at all
Heat/AC didn't work, huge hairball in shower drain, garbage from previous guest left over, spiders in the room, very outdated technology, coffee in the room was terrible, on site parking was very crowded.
Cold room hardly slept
Staff was friendly and the breakfast good. In the middle of the town and a parking garage!
The room was dirty - spiderwebs, dusty behind the bed and the pillow inside was nasty!
Stayed for a night
No air conditioner . Ask the front desk twice if there was anything that can be done . They said put the thermostat between 60 and 70 it works better that way !! What it was 90 degrees in the room very uncomfortable not acceptable
Wrong room check in
First, we checked in and there was already someone checked into the room. That was weird. Second, the carpet looked as if it had been set aflame in places. Poor lighting. Tvs from 1998. Furniture from the same period. There was a party patio on the floor below us which meant screaming drunks until 2am. Parking garage was less that ideal in terms of security. All in all a poor excuse for a hotel.
Everything needs updated!
Very dirty and in need of updates. Lampshades had stains on them. Old tv, filthy behind furniture. Parking lot in need of security cameras.
Worst hotel experience of my life.
The front desk had event flyers. Free breakfast.
-the room smelled rank -the room felt dirty -the TV was older than me (I'm 22). -breakfast was free, but did not taste good at all. Ended up going out to eat breakfast elsewhere. -our first set of room keys didn't work the first time when given -the whole place is just outdated and falling apart -I honestly considered sleeping in my car as an alternative -We ended up buying a cheap comforter set from the local Walmart because the room and the bed sheets smelled so bad (even after leaving the windows open for hours and using a decent amount of Febreeze) -the parking garage was dirty and wet and sketchy -we were on the 6th floor and there were no screens on the Windows. Someone could easily just fall or jump out.
Nothing the air conditioner was not working in the hotel. It's was over 90 outside and 85 or so inside. The bathroom barely had any lights and the ceiling was like caving in and looked like someone tried to cover it. The pics of the hotel weren't accurate.
The hotel air conditioner wasn't working. The bathroom was disgusting. The pics on the website didn't accurately reflect the actual hotel. The parking garage was horrible. We didn't even stay there and I finally got my money refunded. We left after 20 minutes. We will never stay here again.
very loud guests! No hot water and we weren't even compensated in any way. Pretty much told oh well by front desk staff.
Every thing was adequate. The room was huge and clean. The bed was super comfy. Almost an entire wall of windows gave a nice view. The staff I spoke to were all very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast was decent. It was nice to have the parking lot below the hotel, as well.
The room was a bit sparse, compared to what I usually get for the same price(no microwave, or fridge, a single desk chair). The water was slow to drain from the tub and built at my feet.
