Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, finding it convenient for events and exploring the city. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, cobwebs, and musty smells. Service was also a common concern, with complaints about lack of staff presence, poor communication, and unfulfilled requests. Several guests felt that the hotel did not offer good value for the price paid, citing high costs for basic accommodations and amenities. While some appreciated comfortable beds and easy check-in, overall satisfaction was hampered by cleanliness and service shortcomings.
