Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access attractions and public transport. Many appreciated the responsive and friendly staff, as well as the ease of check-in and communication. However, several guests were disappointed with the uncomfortable beds, frequent noise disturbances (especially from water heaters and the surrounding area), and cleanliness issues such as dust, odors, and maintenance problems. Despite these drawbacks, the convenience of the location and helpful service were highlights for most visitors.

Very good
Sebastian, Oct 2017
Pros (+) The location is superb. Near many attractions and Royal Mile but not suffering from being there. Quiet building. Washer is a lifesaver.
Cons (-) There's an elevator but not available for rental use, so there are three stairs segments to climb. The flat is ok but looks somewhat worn out. The bed is small for a couple. Lacks some utensils on the kitchen. Shower door small.
