Cons (-) The reception staff was awesome. The bathroom in the room however is where I had an issue. I didn’t notice until I took a shower that night but there was mold ALL OVER the ceiling and in the corners of the bathroom. I brought it up to the staff in the morning and they said that they would get it cleaned off. I came back to the room that evening and there was still mold on the ceiling. I looked lik...

Pros (+) I arrived from the US a 6:45 am. I got to the Residence Inn at about 8 am-well before standard check-in. Sara at the front desk was awesome! She offered me coffee and breakfast, and to watch my luggage until my room became ready. And at 10:30am, she gave me my room keys. Thank you for being so very friendly and accommodating!
