Position is Top. Some employes were very kind.
Junior suite small and a bit noisy. The breakfast can be inprooved a bit.
Delicious food at breakfast and in the bar.
Furnishings looking a little worse for wear but not a problem.
Room was perfect. The views were fantastic overlooking the Christmas market (which is what we came for) and just a very short walk to the Train station.
Room only available from 3pm
Position of the bar across from princess streets gardens and the view that nyo the Christmas markets and amusntents.
It was fine I would have liked a handrail for the bath, there was one for the shower but not one reachable for bathers. Room 604 was nearby some machinery lift shaft a boiler that was very noisy until midnight then thankfully it was quiet. Whilst I was having a bath I was disturbed by management by phone unanswered because I was in the bath then by knocking at our door, apparently water was seeping through downstairs.upon answering the door a short while later I explained that there were no leakages in our room just a slow/sluggish toilet!! .upon inspection management agreed and left us in peace. Nothing more was said or done.Hey these things happen.
Location, big room, friendly staff
Unfortunately cooked breakfast was cold
