No pillow cases, lumpy mattress, dirty towels.
I was not expecting much but found it worse than that. Central heating not on, peeling wallpaper. Toilet door handle missing. Access arrangements very poor. I could not recommend it even were it free!
Staff none seen, contact by mobile telephone. Ptemises were shabby. Very poor and amateurish sttempt at running a guest house. No towels. No pillowslips.
OK price, good location.
Virtually no staff. Difficult to reach anyone and while I was there haven't seen anyone cleaning bathrooms, anything. The whole place is a bit ran down.. Black mould... A lot. In the bedroom.
Very easy and great value..
No central heating (in the middle of winter) so whole place was freezing cold. Had a small heater (glorified hairdryer) that struggled to add heat into the room and was noisy, so couldn't leave on. Bathroom was absolutely freezing and there was no hot water from the sink. The bed was just springs with a sheet to cover it - very lumpy and uncomfortable
