I enjoyed very much the full breakfast.
my room was excellent. but too close to reception. because noisy area.
Excellent breakfast, especially the Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on toast which was delicious. Friendly hosts, family run business. Small but comfortable room. Great location, not far from Princes Street and Edinburgh Waverley but far enough away to not hear any noise through the night.
Upon entry to the property you have to climb several flights of stairs to get in. Someone with mobility issues may wish to choose a different property.
The room was comfortable and the location was great for us.
As a tall person I didn't like hitting my head on the unexpected pitched ceiling. I made my son sleep on that side of the room.
Murray, the owner. Excellent host, engaging and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Good room with open windows. Close to the York Place tram stop, easy from the airport. Close to the station and Princes St.
Lovely guest house, perfect for a lone traveler like me! Great location, wonderful breakfast (included) and very helpful staff!
There really was nothing I didn’t like, if I had to point anything out I would say that the mattresses could use a little updating, but overall the beds were good!
