Overpriced for what you get..

The location was ok. 5-10 taxi ride to city centre, not too much within walking distance. The breakfast was ok, and staff for it were nice.

The value for the what we got in service and a room was poor. There was no one to meet us to explain where we should park, where the facilities were, and consequently no assistance. The room was small and awkward...constantly hitting our toes and shins on the bed to get around. I understand prices go up for the festivals going on in town (which wasn't why we came anyways), but prices for taxis and such don't go up. In spite of the prices being higher at that time we stayed at a comparable guesthouse around the corner a few days before and had a bigger room, our own bathroom vs. the shared one at this place, and great assistance by the proprietor...and for $40 less!
