Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast and convenient beachfront location. Many enjoyed the ocean views and found the staff generally friendly, though some experienced issues with service and professionalism at reception. Cleanliness was a concern for several guests, with mentions of dirty carpets, unpleasant odors, and even cockroaches in some rooms. While some rooms were comfortable, others were described as outdated, poorly maintained, or noisy. Amenities like the gym and spa were appreciated, but there were complaints about insufficient bottled water and parking fees. Overall, the breakfast and location stood out as highlights, but maintenance and cleanliness need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
