Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several mentioning staff members who went above and beyond to resolve issues and make their stay more pleasant. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness problems, including unclean rooms, dirty linens, and unpleasant odors. Noise disturbances, especially from other guests and children, were also a common complaint. Breakfast quality and variety received criticism, and some guests were dissatisfied with the comfort and condition of the beds. Overall, while service stood out positively, cleanliness and noise were major concerns.
