Staff were excellent on arrival to pickup. Drop off seemed fine but we were standing waiting for some acknowledgement from guy checking car when we saw car going away we leftCons:
Drop off could be better but overall I found this hire to be the easiest I’ve had so far. I’m waiting to see if I get stung with money on credit card as this has happened twice before with other companiesEuropcar

Cons:
kayak sold the insurance separatly when alamo does not recognize your insurance . they kept me there for long time when I had to rush to my flight. they charged me 1000 eueo for small scratch . they embarassed me becasuse kayak insurance is not valid when I needed .10.0 Wonderful

Nothing. Be careful of Dollar.Cons:
After having booked on kayak at a relatively good price, I was told that in he small prints it was stated that I had to take insurance (even I have private one) and this made my rent went up 400 euros. This was straight criminal but unfortunately it was 23:00 and there were no alternative.4.4 Mediocre

I rented a luxury car and got a low end car because they ran out. I reserved the luxury car in advance so i feel this is their problem not mine. Additionally, i was still charged at the luxury rate4.0 Mediocre
