Pros: Location is brilliant. Right in heart of old town (although perhaps noisy for some). The room we stayed in was rather odd being directly off the restaurant as an ‘add-on’. But despite this was great, v clean and the staff were fabulous. Extremely friendly and generous and always smiling. Made us feel very welcome.

Pros: Great overall. The location is outstanding and the place is newly done and the space is excellent. The only thing that was a bit lower that the rest was the bed; nonetheless, the bed was still OK.

Pros: Good location and the restaurant downstairs (better make reservation!)
Cons: The decorations of apartment were nice but I'd rather have decent chairs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great lovely staff
Cons: The double room we stayed in is actually inside the restaurant so it was noisy up to 11pm. Staff very apologetic and lovely but the room cannot escape its geography.

But despite this was great, v clean and the staff were fabulous. Extremely friendly and generous and always smiling. Made us feel very welcome.
Cons: Perhaps for some the room itself was noisy as the restaurant had guests until 11/11:30 so if a light sleeper either stay somewhere else or request a different room. Other than that a perfect stay in a very busy (expensive city)

Pros: I had the top floor room with a balcony. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was good with a shower. Basic but good. Breakfast is in another B&B only a few minutes walk away and staff were friendly. I was able to check in earlier on the day and although I did not see any staff in the B&B they responded quickly to my texts. Best part was the location, it is GREAT. Right in the centre of Old Town. There are steps to walk up, but that would be the same for a lot of accommodation in Dubrovnik.

Pros: Liked the location of the property in the heart of the old city . Room air con for an old property was exceptional.
Cons: I had problems with the breakfast location I turned up and there was no spare tables nor anything to drink. The host did apologise by email as everyone turned up at once. I understand the owners have multiple properties across the town however it does feels impersonal when arriving and having no one greet you . Also there are little things which I noticed there was a water bottle on the balcony and a broken glass down in the shared kitchen a little disappointed by my stay.

Pros: The position of the apartment we stayed in was excellent inside the old town of Dubrovnik and right near Pile Gate (for local bus to the bus station). On our arrival, the manager collected us from the central bus station, which was very kind.
Cons: The floor of apartment needed a good clean, a fryinpg pan for the kitchen would be useful, and the is no internetaccess inside the apartment or outside the windows - the only potential access is the city's free WiFi network, that you might be able to pick up in a small outdoor area down the other end of town (We had a usb modem & bought a data sim card from Vip/Vodafone, which worked a little in the apartment). Still, we had a great stay here.

Pros: The best things about these apartments were their central location in the middle of the old town, the helpfulness and friendliness of the owners and the value for money they offered
Cons: I found the breakfast somewhat repetitive with very little choice available however there was enough to eat and the hostess was lovely.

Pros:
Cons: No internet eventhough it is written that there is a wireless connection!

Pros: The location is perfect. Its a great value for money kind of accommodation, we got it on a great deal. The staff were too good, though they didn't reply to mails before, but they were great during our time at the property. All in all, its perfect for a short trip and we were outside roaming around in Dubrovnik for most of the time so this place really helped.

Pros: The staff went out of their way to be accommodating. My flight landed early so I arrived at the place almost an hour earlier than check-in time but since my room was ready, the lady cheerfully let me in. The following day I was going on an excursion so I mentioned to a staff member that I would require breakfast earlier than the time it commences (8am) since I have to leave at 7am. He ensured that there was plenty of food placed early for me to eat or take away and told me to help myself and to feel free to use the coffee machine. My room was spacious, comfortable and excellent value for what I paid. The location is amazing as everything you need including several points of interest are right outside since you can see Placa Stradun in one of the attached photos that I took from the window of my room (Room 3 on the 2nd floor) It is easy walking distance from both Ploce Gate and Pile Gate which was handy for accessing transport to other places. Also, many tours leave from these points. There were plenty of large mirrors, powerful hot shower, mixer taps and an opening window. It was lovely to see the welcoming and smiling gentleman at breakfast who offered to make me an omelette. All-in-all, I think the staff try their best to make their guests have a comfortable stay. I would suggest very comfortable walking footwear since in can be slippery and uneven walking within the walls of Old Town.

Pros: very clean and central location
Cons: The breakfast was very basic but member of staff serving was very helpful. There was a considerable lack of staff for the rest of the stay, website says 24 however the main door to hotel was simply unlocked and you could walk in. There were several times I could hear the bell for attention being rang by other guests to no avail.
7.9 Good
Pros: The lady who seemed to run the b&b was nice and helpful and made good eggs at breakfast. Terrific location for everything within the walls and for picking up excursions from Pile gate.
Cons: The shower was difficult to use because the temp was not thermostatically controlled and it flooded the floor. Shelf would have been helpful. Bar below was quite noisy too.

Cons: The noise! On the first night the noise carried on until early hours since there is a small bar downstairs. Fortunately I was very tired so managed to mostly sleeping through it but I had to close my window due to the noise and the smell of smoke and drink. Also this meant that there was a constant stale smell in the whole place but I could tolerate it and kept my window open much of the time to air my room.
6.7 Good
Pros: Comfortable room and bed, really quiet for the location, and of course great location.
Cons: The breakfast area is two small tables, kind of pointless to cram it in as you're tripping over places to eat as soon as you walk out the door. Had no info offered or given on the airport transfer service apparently included in the rate.

Pros: We left before breakfast opened. Staff had prepared takeaway breakfast wich we appreciated. I don´t know though if the sandwiches had been out in the reception over night. No staff around at that time and it was room temperature. It was located very close to the ferry port, which was the reason we booked it.

Pros: The property is right near the ferry port and has a supermarket right next door. The rooms are comfortable, with great air conditioning. The decor is preserved in a retro style, so picture brown bathroom, but it’s very clean and excellently maintained. The wifi was great and a large terrace overlooking the garden is nice to relax 8n. It has a well regarded restaurant attached to the accomodation, we dint eat there but will so upon our 2nd stay.
