Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel’s exceptional location in Dubrovnik’s old town, describing it as convenient, central, and perfect for exploring the city. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything needed, making guests feel welcome and cared for. Many also appreciated the quality and convenience of the breakfast, often delivered to the room. However, several guests noted that the rooms were quite small and that the hotel was expensive for what was offered, with some feeling the value did not match the price. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was highly positive, with many guests eager to return.AI-generated from customer reviews
