When I asked to change room - no problem. Did so in a swift and efficiency manner. Staff were super friendly. Allowed us to order food in, as one of us is vegan. Efficient check out. Over the top customer service when they kept out luggage and we got a free coffee when we came to collect it.
I was given a room with a bath at 1st. I pick the Dean partly cause of their amazing shower facilities. Facilities need more vegan options. Late check out was going to be a charge when I have stayed here before they have said it is free.
Staff friendly and professional as usual. Good service. Good food. Great location.
Room a bit too small for my liking. Smaller than others I've stayed in here.
The noise of the clubs around. Hotel should say that in advance
The decor was great, staff friendly and very accommodating. The location is great and will definitely stay there again. Our room was small but wasn't a problem.
