Great location friendly staff.
The staff where really helpful.
1st u entered the room with a big step, door was hard to lock. Bathroom door didn't close. When u turned the lights off the was a terrible noise from it. It would last for ages.
Location ; the Brazilian girls in the Dining Room during breakfast were very nice, friendly
The toilet would not flush properly. We told the lady manager that it needed to be unclogged and she was going to take care of it. Six hours or so later, after coming back from touring, the room was not made up and the toilet was awfully dirty and stinky. No one cleaned the room. We were given the room next door. But no one cleaned the room even till the next day. Also, we were told that breakfast was not going to be served on our final day because the hotel was being closed due to the covid-19 crisis, so we requested a discount but they would not give it. I understand the gravity of this crisis but I think they were less caring than should have been.
I need a refund. They didnt give us breakfast the last two days and didnt clean the room for 3 days in a row. They said it was because of coronavirus, and i understand. But we paid for something we didnt get.
We had prebooked and paid a monrefundable rate, but were only able to stay 1 of 3 nights because we had to change our flight due to flight cancellation with the COVID-19. In lieu of a refund, we can reschedule our remaining 2 days with 12 months.
