The staff was helpful/ nice.
Couldnt take a shower. They were terrible. The 24 bed room smelled funny and there were not enough plugs for everyone. The sofas in the living room need changing, they look terrible like picked from the rubbish or something, please change them. I did not go to the free breakfast because there was not enough room to sit down, some people where standing.
Great layout of bigger dorm rooms with added separation which made them feel quite a bit smaller which was a great thing in this case.
Being unable to adjust water temperature in the shower was weird and it’s probably the first time in my life I am about to complain that water was too hot for my liking and there was nothing I could do about it.
I only spent one night so didn't use the facilities much to form an opinion about the property. But the rooms, reception and dining area seemed to be of a good basic cleanliness.
I had breakfast and the kitchen didn't seem suitably laid out. We were criss crossing eachothers paths to get from bread to toaster. I also think that food (in this case, bread) should not be left uncovered. Not only to protect it from the house fly but also from people who reach across it and even cough over it without any regard for others who might want to eat it.
The location is very convenient.
There is not enough plugs for charge your mobile.
The location was perfect for us.
No soap in bathroom and very basic bedding. Also the room was very hot with no options to open windows further

Reception is open 24 hours and there are secure lockers and an on-site shop. There is a 42-inch plasma-screen TV in the guest lounge and a self-catering kitchen. The Guinness Storehouse, Dublin Castle and Trinity College are all within easy walking distance.
