Food was just ok ,much higher standard required. Staff could be more in tune and more accommodating.
Staff were fantastic and the hotel was very relaxing.. Perfect location Breakfast 10/10
Nothing I’ll definitely be staying in the near future at this hotel again . It added to the overall weekend in Dublin.
Very good location and generally friendly and helpful staff. We had lunch in the Lobby Cafe area - the Crab meal was lovely but the Pasta of the day was very disappointing. The waitress was excellent
Decor seemed somewhat tired and certainly was not up to expectations of 5 star venue. The Jacuzzi was out of order which was a great disappointment as we were looking forward to using this after a busy day spent at a conference in nearby RDS. There were 2 families using the swimming pool which meant no room for us to relax in the pool as it is quite small.
Everything else. Staff and Hotel excellent. Rooms very comfortable. Love the bar. Junior Suite was definitely worth the cost. Service was exceptional and will return hopefully NYE.
Gym, Swimming pool, Sauna and Steam Room outdated. Also, Sauna and Steam Room in changing rooms so can't use with partner. Jacuzzi wasn't functioning. No access to Netflix on the Smart TV in the Junior King Suite. Guinness not great but to be expected for a hotel.
The location is very good - staff try their best -
Overpriced and rooms comfortable but don’t warrant charges
