Cons (-) Staff messed up the airport shuttle pickup. Even after confirming shuttle service a day earlier had to call from the airport for reminder as the shuttle did not come on the specified time. They should provide clear instructions in booking confirmation on how to get free airport shuttle.

Pros (+) The breakfast was lovely, great choice and pleasant servers
Cons (-) The check in process. It was the first time staying here and as soon as we approached the reception the staff immediately answered the phone while we were speaking to her. The hotel itself was very far out from Dublin I felt and also quite expensive for the quality of the rooms
