The ensuite bathroom. The 'view' wasn't of the busy street.
They charged my card before I even arrived, for the full amount (not just the first night *if* I hadn't arrived)! Even though the booking said explicitly, no pre payment required. I had to message them twice to ask a few questions (the same questions), the eventual answer wasn't complete, and too late to be helpful. They didn't honour my specific request (the first time that's happened). Upon arrival, for nearly a week long stay, there was only one, partial toilet roll provided. Had to buy my own. The toilet never flushed properly. Giant spider. Half of the lights never worked, not sure if bulbs burnt out or another issue.
The neighbourhood was really nice and safe, easy to take a bus to the city centre. There’s a supermarket and some cafes. They have in each room everything you need to make a coffee or tea and the lady from the reception is there for you
The floor was really dirty and the bathroom(Even if it was cleaned every morning) the same
Good place, not so far under the sea, good and comfortable home. Big room with TV, teapot, tea and coffee. Every day was cleaning in my room
Not very good location for comute. You have to go more than 1 km, but for me it is'nt problem. If you have a ar you can stay it near the house
Room was a nice size. Shower was good.
No bins in the room. Draft coming in the window. The heating in my room didn't come on. The thermostat didn't seem to work. When they serviced the room they removed the shower gel from the shower and didn't replace it. The bed covers were very very thin.
Breakfast was okay, but a single slice of toast is not really enough! Also, toast was not toasted fully. Had to ask for a second cup of tea/coffee. Parking okay, but nearly knocked over a flower pot which should not obstruct drive-way. At arrival, we were told that breakfast was to be paid extra - although we had paid for it already online! Not professional!
