This castle hotel is gorgeous.
I have no complaints.
A lovely escape from the hustle and bustle of Dublin City but still so close. We were a little travel weary, so needed a quiet night in & the Clontarf has everything under one roof. Lovely bar & restaurant & excellent tea & scones before our departure.
Warm friendly and comfortable all round. Bedroom was lovely .
We paid E200 for one night....no breakfast included in price....we attended a wedding and I thought there might be a consession of same, after all we were spending money in the bar ect.. ...???
Fabulous place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and have only good things to say about Clontarf Castle Hotel. Great service great food.
Location close to airport was handy. Staff was cordial
For the money, this was a HUGE disappointment. I was looking for a legitimate castle experience - not even! The lobby was nice, but the room could have any room in a Holiday Inn. One towel per guest, no wash cloths, no amenities, limited tv channels, just blah!!! Cost of room way too high for what you get!
