Beautiful artwork throughout the castle and friendly staff
You really felt like you were in a castle. The lobby and restaurants/bar were beautifully decorated. We had drinks and dinner in the restaurant and the food and service was excellent.
I wasn't too sure if the hotel would actually have an authentic castle, but it does have part of a castle! The and restaurants have been built around the castle portion. The hotel has a lot of artwork and nice decor as well. Rooms were nice and clean with updated restrooms and technology. They even had a U.S. style outlet in the room! I don't think it was 110 volt, but a least I didn't need an adapter to charge my phone.
Parts of the hotel (e.g. carpets) are getting a little worn, but it wasn't too bad and actually added to the "historic feel" of the hotel.
