Cons: I did an online advance check in and asked for a high floor. My confirmation email said I was confirmed on the 6th floor. When I arrived and checked in they gave me room 202 on the second floor. I don't know why my confirmed request was not honored.

Pros: Staff, cleanliness, close located in the heart of City Centre. The temperature in the room was possible to adjust as you please and there was enough hot water in the shower. I absolutely loved that warm coziness as I had to adjust myself to cold autumn weather in Europe coming from a trip from the Middle East.

Cons: They should arrange a hot spot with at least three hours Internet for free. Half an hour on computer down in the lobby with more than difficulty instruction how to log in is a desaster. Pillows in the room are like a third of a normal pillow for ''tis price range they deserve to be normal size. Something on the roof like metal part kept banging whole night long so it was not possible to fall asleep.
