Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near major attractions and the Elbe river, with many finding the rooms spacious and comfortable. The breakfast received mixed feedback, with some appreciating its variety while others felt it was overpriced or not up to five-star standards. Cleanliness was generally acceptable but several guests noted issues, especially with room and bathroom cleaning. Service quality varied, with some staff described as friendly and helpful, while others were seen as poorly trained or even arrogant. Parking was a frequent concern, with many guests finding the fees excessive and the process inconvenient. Overall, the hotel is valued for its location and room comfort, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, service consistency, breakfast value, and parking policies.

Wonderful

Pros (+) The location is perfect for waking to old town and the river. Breakfast was great. The pool was clean and not too crowded. The hotel is well decorated and has many beautiful areas for lounging.
Cons (-) The bed was on the firm side but that’s not uncommon for Germany. There was quite a bit of construction underway so we were awoken pretty early by loud noises.
