Cons:
The process of giving back the car was somewhat crazy ... In a very German way they try to check if. I scratch nothing missing etc but it look somewhat ridiculous to me. Nothing happened and I wasn’t accused to have done anything at all but still found the process weird and I am sure at times must be unfairEnterprise Rent-A-Car

Pros:
This was the easiest car rental I have ever made. They upgraded our car with no charge and the charges were exactly as promised. Pickup and Drop off were a breeze. I highly recommend this company!8.0 Very Good

Pros:
Drop off was convenient as there was a direct tram to town.Cons:
There was no place to park at the drop off as there were many cars. With only one person attending during a public holiday, it was challenging for him to attend to all - he was trying to find places to park the cars for customers and thus not able to attend to people concurrently.8.4 Very Good

Pros:
the Mercedes Vito is a great van that accommodated our family of 7 comfortably. it seemed like we got great gas mileage. People at both ends of pickup and dropoff were great. we had a good rental experience overall.Cons:
Even though we rented for over two weeks, the van signaled that it needed oil or an oil change on the first day. I checked the oil and it was very dirty and a little low. We purchased oil and put it in. We were told to go ahead and drive the rest of our trip and call if we had a breakdown. It was annoying having the oil warning beep at us the whole trip. at the end of the trip the Ad Blue warning came on. I would recommend making sure the vehicle's fluids are all topped off if you have someone taking it for a longer term rental.2.0 Poor

Given a car that was fancier than booked which was hard to drive not knowing all the features (people probably do t complain about too much it's probably the reverse). The key drop off at the airport was hard to find there was no sign where you parked the cars to say the key drop was at the exit to the garage.Sunnycars
