good food, veeery slow wifi
Wifi, Parking garage
The most disabled friendly room that my wife and I have stayed in - she is disabled. Very good breakfast buffet and super, friendly, helpful staff.
I found the internal lighting in the atrium a little overpowering but it grew on me during the stay.
Very comfortable and conveniently placed for sightseeing on foot.
Good location; excellent breakfast; large and clean rooms.
Room comodities very scarce and different from those mentioned in the website; bath comodities unreplaced once; wi-fi access expensive; no PC for free internet access.
Hotel was very clean, well appointed, and within walking distance of the Dresden city center. Rear facing rooms look out onto the Elbe River, which is very beautiful.
I thought the price for internet connection was a bit pricey, but that is the case in many hotels. The wireless options were only two: pay for one hour's use, or pay for a month's use. Nothing in between. Fortunately, they had a hard-wired line in the room which could be purchased by the day.
Almost everything. Staff was nice, food was good, location wasn't exactly in the center but it was in a very nice place. The indoor swimming pool was wonderful and my two year old daughter loved it.
Housekeeping service was poor, very poor. They didn't remove the thrash and they didn't change the dirty towels, although the procedure to ask for changing was done according to the instructions.
Excellent breakfast, clean, modern and spacious room
excellent room at a reasonable price
nice hotel close to town
dresden in general is expensive around Xmas
Ideal location, Beautiful hotel, Stunning foyer, Excellent staff. Piano bar had atmosphere and great cocktails. very clean room very modern bathroom. Fluffy duvets and bathrobes. good selection of pay per view. A thoroughly nice hotel. very relaxing pool area.
Pool, although spectacular was a bit cold, Gym room was small and boring to be in.
the hotel room was up to my expectations (size, furniture...), and the breakfast was really good.
