Cons (-) The Owen House needs a major renovation. Antique is authentic should not mean old and unmaintained. Too pricey for what it is.

Pros (+) We loved being able to walk to the DIA and being centrally located in the city. The historic character of the houses was fantastic.

Pros (+) The detail, original structure of homes...All the staff were great.The inn provides a shuttle around the immediate area
Cons (-) No elevator....ask for lower level room if you have trouble with stairs.

Pros (+) The Inn on Ferry Street is beautiful! Parking was easy and breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Complementary cookies and water were a nice touch, as is the coffee that is available in the main house.
Cons (-) Our room got VERY hot during the night - when my husband got up to do something about it, the thermostat said 77! Also, there was no counter space or table to put our toiletries on in the restroom. These complaints are minimal compared to how much we enjoyed our stay, though!
