This was the worst experience ever. Fruit was molded. Sink and toilet were stopped. Requests to clean the room went unanswered and then half-completed. Management was rude. Valet was missing.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to downtown and local venues. The size and spaciousness of the rooms were also highlighted as a positive aspect, as was the friendliness of some staff members. However, reviews were mixed regarding service, cleanliness, and bed comfort, with several guests mentioning issues such as unhelpful staff, cleanliness problems, and uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the hotel stands out for its location and room size, there are areas for improvement in service and maintenance.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The room exceeded expectations! My bed was very comfortable. We are also able to check in much earlier than 3, which fit our schedule nicely.
Cons (-) I loved my whole experience.
Pros (+) Service and friendliness of front desk and front door crew.
Pros (+) rooms were gorgeous, nice staff, warm cookies at check-in
Cons (-) the bill reflected their rate, and not the rate agreed through the site. Almost cost $350 more had I not checked. The front desk corrected, but not thoroughly.
Pros (+) The valet guys were super polite and awesome, asked me how my stay was and everything.
Cons (-) Never brought us toilet paper, towels, or pillows. Had to call them 3 times if I needed anything because they would just never show up. Front desk lady was so rude, didn't even take my complaints into consideration. I come to Detriot every weekend for work and last week I stayed at a $60 a night hotel that had WAY BETTER service than this $200 a night hotel! Don't waste your money! I wish I could ...
