Cons (-) I had to wait to check in. I showed up at 2pm and they wouldn't let me check in until 3pm. Then they didn't have my room ready at 3pm which I was told that was check-in time. I didn't get in my room until after 430pm so had to wait that whole time in the office just waiting for my room to get ready. I needed the room at 2pm when I first showed up.
