Pros: Small bugs all over the room. Bedbugs?

Pros: Close to the International Airport (15mins drive). Staff were very lovely, friendly and helpful with booking airport transfers and the check in and check out process. Beautiful pool.

Cons: Pillows were too high. No drawers to put clothing or items in, not ideal for a long stay. Billing separately for each item e.g. Room service and breakfasts buffet (if you required it last minute)

Pros: Staff very friendly and professional

Cons: There was no continental breakfast at all

Pros: Only really stayed there for a few hours cause was close to airport. Looked alright and the pool looked good

Cons: Did find a cockroach in the shower though so that put me off a lot

Cons: First walking into the room, it looks different to the picture, oh well it’s ok I only pay $25 for it. Went to the bed, there is a ball of dust + sands on the bed, stains on the linen and it doesnt feel fresh, ac was warm, the rain shower in the bathroom doest work and spray water on the tap as i try to switch it on. Second day I go to the reception asking nicely to check the ac as it is hot and change the linen as it is dirt and has balls of dust. The female receptionist was so smileless and abrupt (abit rude) Came home to the same linen just being made, ac was the same. Woken up 2am to the hot ac and itchy from the bed. Called the reception (the night supervisor is friendlier) and engineering staff came to the room unhappily, play the AC remote and say “ah the outside temperature is hot that is why, i’ve adjusted the setting already” i looked at the remote, nothing has changed. Seriously? I been using AC since i was born, i pretty much know how to use it. Called to reception complaining about that + The linen, that i asked the linen to be changed but nothing happen and nothing changed on the ac, he quickly sent another unhappy rude Housekeeping to change the linen, seriously? At 2:20 at night???? I came to the reception very unhappily then they move me to another room which work better, ac is cooling. Linen still doesnt feel fresh but at least ac and rain shower works.

Cons: The cleanliness of this hotels must be concern, There are rats on ceiling and on the floor walking around. Especially at 1st floor, saw it in the morning at aisle.

Cons: Bed sheets, pillows and towel are all dirty. Low water pressure makes it difficult to even take a shower.

Pros: We were there for our special day. Was asking for a simple decoration and it was met our expectation. Staff was friendly, was forgot the name of the Reception but she was really humble. Thank you for the hospitality.

Cons: We asked to change the room they gave us because there was a bad smell of humidity. It's an old structure inside and it's a shame too see that they could not make it better for any reason that I do not dare to judge. Cannot really complain considering the price we paid.

Cons: Room was very dirty, I stayed 4 nights n they didn’t change linen on bed at all, the shower was ankle deep with water n didn’t drain properly. Only 1 day did they supply safe water for brushing teeth.

Pros: The pool was lovely and breakfast delicious. Staff were friendly.

Cons: The air conditioning in one of our rooms (we needed two rooms for a family) didn’t work so well so we were quite uncomfortable. And the mosquitos kept us up a good part of the night.

Cons: The room comes in a standard 3 floors... first floor for kitchen, 2nd for toilet & bath, 3rd for bedroom. It’s just kind of a hassle to keep going up and down. Also, the entire place had a weird smell, like an old cabinet. Old stains on the sheets and curtains.

Pros: the hotel has a very nice and open courtyard and restaurant area. the staff at the front desk was helpful and we were allowed to leave our luggage in a room after check-out. From the hotel it is approximately 20 minutes to „badung market“ and „level 21 mall“

Cons: The place looked nothing like the photos. There was no café to sit at, nor was there breakfast when I asked for one. When I arrived and was taken into my room, there was no attempt made to help me with the luggage. The boy just walked in and turned on the AC which I discovered later was set to 16C. There was no hot water in the shower and no sink. Then I found going to Denpasar was a mistake. I wanted to be nearer the airport, but I would have been better off in Kuta. It was more expensive than much nicer accommodation in Ubud.

Pros: Great place with beautiful pool area and super helpful staff and friendly surroundings.

Cons: Bathroom needs serious attention. Very dirty. Like, drain was full of hair and door is covered in mould. And no sink.

Pros: We only spent the first night it was okay

Cons: it was quite far from the airport, hence we cancelled the 2nd booking and found a hotel closer
