Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. However, many reviews highlight serious issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, old linens, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Service receives mixed feedback, with some staff described as attentive and others as unhelpful. Room size is occasionally mentioned positively, but the overall value for price is seen as average due to the hotel's outdated infrastructure and need for renovation. Cleanliness and maintenance are the primary concerns affecting guest satisfaction.AI-generated from customer reviews
