Crans Ambassador

We stayed for the first time to this hotel after our own research for a skiing week in Switzerland. First and foremost, all staff were exceptionally service minded. - reception, concierge, porters, waitresses, cleaners (very mindful). Ski shop staff in particular were superb. The view from our balcony to the valley. I would recommend a mountain view room. As expected, the backyard forest view rooms would be a bad compromise. The location - easy short walking distance to the ski gondola. No other hotel in town was in such proximity. The style - all was well thought of and well designed without extravagance. The free shuttle service to the surroundings. Toiletries were of excellent quality although fit for men - my wife said. I liked them though very much. The valet parking

For such a room price it is disappointing to have to pay extra for an omelette or eggs benedict or anything else that is not in the buffet breakfast. Why this pettiness? A second similar issue is that the free shuttle ends at 20:00. I do not want to think that this is to promote the hôtel restos. The pillows were very soft and warn out- needed replacement. Toiletries were not in abundance.. I read comments about the restaurant prices. The fact of the matter is that they are comparable to those offered by other similar Crans Montana restos - not cheap food at all.

Very friendly and great location

Great location and views. Nice terrace to have an apero ans drinks. Skishop is really helpful with yous skies and boots....warmed in the morning. Spa and restaurant lovely views.

Breakfast was a little small buffet and not variety. If you want to have hot breakfast you have to pay quite a lot.

The staff is amazing ! From the reception to the restaurant, bar and Spa ! Excellente level of service ! Small attention make definitely the difference. The view is simply breathtaking Thanks for everything we will come back !

No really vegetarian and vegan menu available except 1 main dishes and 1 starter. This could/should be improve. The temperature in the room was very high and there is no possibility to monitor it in the room. We had the leave the windows open during our entire stay (day and night). This was ok but not sustainable Thea selection would be appreciate in the room, but it's only to reach perfection !
