The hotel was nice and well kept, the location to Nationwide arena was great.
Parking is $ 27.00 per night I understand charging a fee but that fee is high. We went to a concert and came back to hotel at about 11PM,I went to take shower and we had no water,I called the front desk and they stated that the water was off until 6 AM to do repairs and I asked why we were not informed and they stated that notes were delivered to rooms and I said we did not get anything, then I asked why we were not told this when we checked in and she said someone should of said something and then she realized that she checked us in and she said she was sorry for not telling us in advance. She said water would be back on by 6 AM. I woke up at 7 AM and went in the bathroom and the water was not on yet I called and she stated that it was going to be a few more hours,I asked what we were suppose to do for showers and using the bathroom and she said they made an agreement with a gym a couple of blocks away to use their bathrooms and showers, and if I wanted she would have someone bring bottled water up so we could use the bathroom, she said all you have to do is pour the bottles of water in the back of the toilet to flush it. We checked out and left.
No water the whole stay. The waterpipe to the whole hotell in the basement had broken. They were working on it. The staff didnt even offer a discount, or a complimentary stay. This is a big company, and could have done something.
Our room was very clean. The hotel was very quiet.
The pillows were not comfortable. I had a very hard time sleeping. The mattress could have been better as well.
The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly.
Uneven temperature within room. Elevators didn't really work. Could have been cleaner.
