Good location and great modern design. Lots of nice amenities. Only drawbacks were a mechanical louver that rattled all night and no soap in the shower.
Overall, Canopy is a great hotel in downtown Columbus to stay out. The issues with Canopy were minor but noticeable. First, the room I requested at check-in for 4 pm arrival was not ready. The staff did a nice job of getting me another room, but it was a minor irritation. Second, every room has an HVAC unit in the entryway that makes noise.
