Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests had mixed experiences at the hotel. Many praised the spacious rooms, excellent location, and good breakfast offerings. Several reviews highlighted the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially at check-in and during breakfast. However, there were notable complaints about cleanliness, particularly mold and damp smells in some rooms, and negative experiences with staff attitude and reservation handling. Some guests also mentioned issues with bathroom maintenance and outdated furniture. Overall, while the hotel offers good value and positive aspects, improvements in cleanliness and service consistency are needed.
