Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and the spaciousness of the rooms, with several reviewers noting the cleanliness as a positive aspect. However, there were frequent complaints about the quality of service, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and slow responses to requests. Cleanliness was generally viewed positively, though a few guests mentioned issues such as dust, stained linens, or insect problems. The value for price was seen as average, with some guests feeling the facilities did not fully match the cost. Overall, while the location and room size stood out as highlights, improvements are needed in service and attention to cleanliness details.

Pros (+) The receptionist who checked us in was quite Curt. He said NO to everything that later became a yes. When asked about rickshaw fares he said he didn't know. The bedsheets had dust in them.
