Pros: The staff has been very kind since our arrival some hours before the chick-in hour. They helped us in finding a restaurant in an impossible evening. Great breakfast!

Pros: Great service, great room specially the friendly and helpful staff at reception. Thank you.

Cons: The scrambled fake eggs of the breakfast (yuck) and the broken coffee machine from breakfast.

Pros: Nice room, great shower and location was great with 2 min walking to begin of old town

Cons: Cheap blankets on the bed, not 4**** worthy! Housekeeping took away our (just bought) chocolate and the staff did not do anything to compensate..

Pros: Marvelous old historic building that been beautifully renovated. Perfect location. Excellent parking at reasonable pricing. Overall one of our best choices ever.

Pros: It is centrally located, clean, very comfortable. The hotel building is a historical place. There is a Michelin starred restaurant which is good as well. We loved everything bout here

Cons: Staff were quite formal. We were told there was a turn down service between 8 and 9 each evening but only happened once. Breakfast manager was harried trying to take care of all the guests while also cooking eggs etc. we dined in both restaurants and felt the Michelin restaurant was more pretentious and not worth the cost

Pros: The location is excellent, right at the heart of the historic town of Colmar & in a beautiful historic house. The rooms are very comfortable & quiet & staff courteous & helpful. The brasserie restaurant within the hotel is very good - delicious regional specialities alongside a range of dishes catering for all tastes. They were particularly helpful in providing information & alternatives for gluten & dairy intolerance.

Cons: The buffet breakfast had a range of tasty pastries/breads and the meat, fish & cheese selection was of a high quality. For a hotel of this standard however, it was disappointing to find limited labelling of cereals & other products (milks) making it tricky to choose gluten/lactose/egg free options. I appreciated the gluten-free bread that was provided on request.

Pros: Staff was very accommodating. I left my laptop at the hotel and they a tuallybrought it to the train station. Amazing!

Cons: Dinner st Girardin was spectacular but lighting was just a bit bright.

Cons: The rooms are difficult due to the slopes in the ceilings. Both my husband and I got our heads trying to get around the bed.

Pros: Perfect location for a walk around Colmar! Decent breakfast. Kind staff. Apartment very clean and with all the possible amenities.

Cons: A bit noisy as it is located in one of the main small streets of petite Venise so it was mostly crowded with tourists. However as we would wake up early to do the tour and we would come back late in the room we weren't that annoyed. What we didn't like was the noise from the upper floor apartment. Most probably it was a family.

Pros: Dropped by after long business trip. It gave me a valuable relief with great location, spotless cleanliness, high quality of inside furnitures, great value of breakfast. I really appreciate it.

Cons: Just one thing, the cleaning lady made many noise outside and finally belled and checked my room just at 11 o’clock. I also understand as salary worker how much she wants to finish the work earlier as much as she can, but I paid to whom hired her, so she doesn’t need to push me to get out ASAP for her. Maybe later the hotel staff can talk to her about the proper service mind!!

Pros: Room is big, nice and clean, with old house but modern decoration style. I like the small garden very much.

Pros: I was travelling with my mother, very comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff. The breakfast was awesome! I particularly like the waffle provided. I would recommend this hotel for budget travellers while receiving good services.

Cons: There's some strange detergent smells along the corridor, that might be a bit irritating. But the smell does not occur in the bedroom, so it's acceptable.

Pros: Very clean and modern hotel. Lovely room. Good breakfast in relaxed surroundings. Hotel was within walking distance of the centre of Colmar.

Cons: The underground car park is a bit confusing to find as there is a no entry sign on the street that you need to ignore as it has a small sign underneath stating it applies further up the street!? The booking in was not a friendly experience. We were left waiting as no one was at the desk and the members of staff we could see did not acknowledge us. When we (jokingly) referred to our confusion regarding car parking it was met with little sympathy.

Pros: The hotel upgraded our room when we arrive. Staff is friendly and parking lot is good and cheap. Highly recommend to stay at this hotel.

Pros: Spacious room and WC. Good heating in bathroom. Presence of a balcony. Good, secure parking. Easy to operate safebox.

Cons: The matresses are a little too hard. The TV set was very small, not easy to watch a whole movie for example. The Etage corridors are incredibly stinky without any windows or fresh air. The staff was cold and indifferent. Breakfast is far below average with minimal choice. You have to cross a busy 4 lane avenue to reach the centre.

Cons: We where not welcome at all... the problems of the hotels has been transferred to the customer, like no parking space available whiteout reservation, this hotel owns lot of space still no parking? Breakfast no space available for a Sunday breakfast starting at 7h and ends 8h30, called first service... unbelievable!!! Room very cold, heating no reacting to the settings I made! A large bathroom was available but it stank because of the bad airflow and missing ventilation. Personal was trained giving you this question that a customer would felt be cared but no substance behind. In all over really poor quality and this was a four star hotel... this is not believable. We stood only one knight, luckily. By the way the bed was to hard for me and in combination with then not heated room I had a badly back next morning.

Cons: I requested for additional pillows and water bottles, it was confirmed by hotel but upon arrival there were no additional pillows or water bottles.
